ALIGN

75 MINUTES: A comprehensive assessment of your nutritional, physical, and psychological history, and everything in between. This is a chance for me to hear your story, and learn about what’s important to you. We’ll start to identify some goals and themes, and discuss ideas to get started.


 

FOLLOW

45 MINUTES: Ongoing collaboration to explore new insights, progress, hesitations, and barriers — all without judgment. You get to share your experience of this process in a safe space. Session frequency may change over time, depending on your needs.


 

INTEGRATE

COACHING: Support between sessions, because integrating new ideas and shifting patterns between sessions can be really challenging!

EXPERIENTIAL: Some challenges are best explored in real time, real life, and with real support. This may include community dining, meal preparation, grocery shopping, supported meals, and exposure work.

 

Sessions are offered in-person, via telehealth, or hybrid.
